Brown Bag Lunch discussions are designed to engage citizens in topics that affect our community. The series will present various perspectives and cover a wide range of topics including affordable housing, sustainability, transportation and economic development.
The first session, Blacksburg Tomorrow: How Urban Will We Be? , will include discussion on downtown economic development including urbanization and infill. The discussion will be led by three panelists detailing urbanization and economic development of different towns in Virginia. Panelists are Tripp Muldrow (Greensville), Amanda Huffman (Staunton), and Aubrey Watts (Charlottesville). Bring a lunch and engage in a discussion about Blacksburg Tomorrow. Drinks provided.
